Virtual Beginner Teacher Training

Service Description

A six-week intensive teacher training program from master teacher @redrubygogo incorporating 15 years of professional experience. Go beyond what to teach and learn HOW TO TEACH from a professional educator to become an irreplaceable instructor. The only requirement for registration is that you have a student to practice your teaching on for the homework assignments. Each week will have a live zoom session on a specific topic followed by homework assignments to complete. Attendance during the live zoom is NOT REQUIRED for participation but is best for asking questions in the moment. Recordings of all sessions are provided. Learn and identify the progressions from the first walk to an apprentice to be better able to train your clients. Week 2 - Designing & Structuring Your Classes Using my Signature Class templates and best practices in education, we will learn how to design and structure your classes to incorporate repetition for mastery alongside new skills and proper warm ups. Week 3 - Remixing & Layering to Keep it Fresh and Varied for Different Levels Learn how to keep your class routines fresh each week while maintaining consistency in your instruction for client success. Additionally we will learn how to differentiate your instruction for varied levels of abilities in your classes so you can seamlessly teach an ultra beginner and beginnermediate student in the same class. Week 4 - Giving Corrections and Cues for Success Learn how to give the type of feedback that gets RESULTS and RETURN clients. Learn my most common cues and feedback for my Beginner Curriculum word for word and make it your own. Week 5 - Classroom Management, Setting the Tone and Being in Charge of the Space How to control the energy and attention in the room. Eliminate side conversations and students teaching students. Learn to use the space creatively. Week 6 - MasterClass Experience and Final Assignments with redrubygogo Certificate of Completion of the Program
